When did you first get into the sport & what inspired you to do so?
I got into strongman in 2017 after being introduced to some of the movements through CrossFit. I remember watching a video of Rongo Keene on Facebook and wanting to give competitive strongman a go too!

Favourite product(s) in the range and what it means to be a Cerberus athlete
Absolutely love the triple ply knee sleeves! By far the best and most assistive knee sleeve in the range in my opinion.
Also a huge fan of the infinity lever belt, love the quick release the lever gives and the feel of the pre broken in leather - sturdy but flexible.
Cerberus strength equipment play a huge roll in my development as an athlete. They provide the best quality equipment to help protect and assist me in training and competition.
Cerberus are constantly supporting local strongman competitions and I am proud to be a part of the Cerberus Australia crew
Personal philosophy on life & training?
You only live once so make the most of it.
Whatever you do make sure it is fun, if you enjoy it you will keep at it, if you keep at it you will progress, if you progress you will enjoy it
Pearls of wisdom for aspiring lifters?
Seek out a good coach. Do your accessories. Dont max out your deadlift mid training cycle. Train as close to the exact setup as you can for events. Wait for your down calls and don't be afraid to ask questions.
